On my Xerox WorkCentre m15i when i print i get get a message that says "pc print pending" on the printer screen

I would go to the xerox website and try downloading the PCL5e driver. It works just as well and even better in most cases. I hope this helps.

You have to print out the meter report.

1. Press the [Reports] button on the Control Panel
   
   
   
   
2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow until 'Systems Data' is displayed on the Display Screen.
3. Press the [Enter] button.
   
   The System Data list will be printed with the following information:
   • Total Page Counts: Total number of pages printed
   • CRU Prints: Number of pages printed using the current Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge
   • Replaced Toner Counts: Number of new Toner Cartridges installed in the machine
   • Replaced Drum Counts: Number of new Drum Cartridges installed in the machine
   • Current Drum Page Counts: Number of pages printed using the current Drum Cartridge
   • Platen Scan Page Counts: Number of pages scanned using the Document Glass
   • ADF Scan Page Counts: Number of pages scann

I believe you are refering to the Xerox XD Pro 16. And this machine is the M15i.
If this is the case, the two machines are very different, driven by their own software. They operate different.
If this is not the case I would be interested in hearing this again.

I have to make some assumptions here. Since you know that there are bad capacitors on the power supply board then you'll need to get replacements. When you go to order these make sure you order the exact part i.e. .5ufd, 100vDC, 70temp and 57hz frequency. This is a poor example but ordering the exact replacement part is very important. There are hundreds of places to get the caps online. Now to replacing these. If you have enough electronics knowledge to determine if these caps are bad then I have to assume you can replace these fairly easily. This will only require simple tools i.e. anti-static 30w watt soldering iron, anti-static desolder device, anti-static wrist strap with known good ground. Appropriate solder. Good luck
