Clock works and I can enter a cook time but when I press start nothing happens. when I open the door the light does come on so there is power.....help
Hi the problem will be with the touch panel membrane or the controller. if yoiu can hear a click when the start button is pressed then the touch panel is OK asnd you should look at the controller which can be replaced as a unit or if you are up to it it's probably the main cook relay that has failed.

We have the exact same problem. To answer the questions:
1) quiter than usual
2) seems like the computer and digital screen are working (for instance, the times counts down)
3) ...BUT it no longer appears to be cooking
4) light is on, turntable is NOT on
5) does not get hot any more...
6) model number: VM0S200
So the Start pad does not beep?
