The software found there is newer than on the cd, you
should be able to make a new cd with the newer software,
this is cheaper than ordering a new cd from creative.

go to the maker of the media players website and find the manual it should work

idk how to put movies on but put your videos onto your computer then download them onto windows media player in your library and then go to sync and drag them to download and them click start sync

i guess it's some kind of... piracy filter. If the clip is too long, the player will automatically asume that you've downloaded a movie illegally. that what i think.
