There is a button on the back of the router, it is inset and u need a pen or pencil to engage it. It's the factory reset, it will set the router to the factory settings. That means the password resets too. Then if u don't have the factory password google is your friend.
I have found what appears to be the support site for your device, and the link for the website is listed just below here. . You should be able to download your manual from there.
Actually, this shouldn't be all that different. Make sure you connect your modem's power supply, connect the telephone cable (with the RJ11 jack) to the port saying DSL, and hook up the RJ45 network cable between your computer and one of the PC-ports of the router.
Next, surf to the modem's IP address (which should be 192.168.1.1 I believe, and fill in your username and password (your Egyptian ISP should have provided that information for you). Click Save or Save Settings, and the modem should tell you whether it's connected or not.
What OS do you have? Did you: installed proper modem driver, make connection with a good parameters, telephone line working proper? Maybe is ISP problem, so try contacting them.
