Calender The times in my calender are off anywhere from 2-4 hours, I have checked that it is set for EST, etc. It is correct in my Microsoft outlook but comes over to iphone incorrectly? Help?

if you have the clock and calender set correctly , then setting a 2 day setting will start from midnight of the next day
so if you have it set correctly then the program will click in from midnight tonight and move forward 2 days or 48 hours.
so switch it on today at midday ( example 17th ) it activates when it passes midnight in 48 hours time to switch on at midday on the 19th

maybe try going into settings and make sure your settings are correct, country - date, time zone etc

If the Microsoft Outlook Application is installed in the Computer, you can set reminders using that. If not, you may use another applications like Google Calendar or creating the .bat files. To create a reminder for an Appointment using Microsoft Outlook, please open the Outlook Application and press the Ctrl + Shift + A Keys. This will open an new appointment window. You can set the reminders there.

I have synced Gooldle calender withoutlink calender and then ActivSync 'ed to my Palm Pro, the phone calender does transfer the meetings, but all the metings are 1 hr delayed. For instance, a meeting in google / outlook calender at 9am transfers to 10am on Palm - any advise?

inbox is must in any outlook profile, but you can setup calender for example to be default at MS outlook startup. go to
tools-->options-->other-->advanced options-->
look for start up in this folder field-->Browse
then choose your folder(calender or contacts) .

Is there not an Accept button available in the email received? Are the senders using MS Outlook as well?

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Are you saying that this only occurs with one of your 650s? If so then maybe it is a hardware issue.

Change sync methods from outlook to palm desktop !!!!! Hi, There are two ways to change the sync methods : 1. Insert the installiation disc into the cd rom device , u will get a window called dicover ur handheld , there please check for change ur sync methods , and u will get another window sayin ur currently using microsoft outlook to sync , would u like to change to palm desktop , say yes and then u will get congrats , click on finish . To make sure it is changed from outlook to palm desktop , right click on hotsync manager at the bottom right corner of the pc , make sure only local usb has a check mark and then left click on custom , in custom check and see if u see calender [outlook] or just calender , if u just see calender , then presuming all the data is in handheld , highlight calender click on change and change the action to handheld overwrites desktop then click on ok , do the same for contact , tasks and memo then click on done and perform a hotsync. 2. Insert the disc , open up my computer , then u will see ur cd rom drive , right click on it and left click on explore , u will find yellow folders , please check for a yellow folder called post install , open that up and inside that u will find outlook switcher , left double click on it and follow the same procedure as told in the first step .
