Bluetooth issue on W910i

I have sony ericson W910i phone and I use its blue tooth functionality with HP NC6320 laptop with Windows Vista installed. Whenever I try synching up my contacts or calender items, though it works initially, it suddenly gets into a hang mode. When I check on the OS, it shows the phone is not connected at all !!!!... The the only option left for me is to switch off and switch on....

Anybody has similar issues and found the solution please respond back

evey time i use my pc to connect my phone blutooth it appear to be failed because my pc can't even detect my phone bluetooth. It also happen when i try with my other handset.Is any expert who can give me advice how to fix this problem please.

Any problems like that try updating your os on the pc or update the firmware on your phone to correct this issue.

You can install blue tooth on any computer using a "Blue Tooth Dongle"...it is a small item that plugs into your usb port and makes your laptop blue tooth compatible.
Do a "google search" on Blue tooth dongle to find one on the net.

When i tryto use bluetooth this messages appear "no local bluetooth devise was detect"

If your laptop blue-tooth switch is enabled, then you need a second device with blue-tooth like a phone or laptop in range. Make sure the devices' blue-tooth adapter is switched on.

download the win7 driver from the hp site for your model and download all of the the 7 drivers just to be safe from hp support

Bluetooth is not found in the control panel of my laptop

goto start and type bluetooth in search...if bluetooth drivers are installed ull get some icons like bluetooth, bluetooth devices etc.....try clickin bluetooth devices.....n u can try to connect with ur mobile.....if it doesnt show anythin u may have to install bluetooth drivers....hope this helps...

I've been using windows 7 on my lenovo T61 thinkpad the suddenly the bluetooth stopped working- it couldn't discover bluetooth devices or be discovered by other bluetooth deviced. i even tried formatting...

Your blue tooth card looks like not functioning, You can double check, plug an USB external blue tooth dongle. If it works, defenitely internal Blue tooth card is gone

Have W910i I need to know my passcode before data can be accepted via bluetooth but I've lost my manuel

you should be able to just pair the phone with said device and then it will ask a pass code. this code is one that you should decide on for both items to connect. usually the passcode for blue tooth is 0000 but that is just a default code for headsets.

Please check if the OEM is installed properly, You would get a Blue screen error only when your computer RAM has some problems and if the Drivers are corrupted for the used application. So i would suggest you to reinstall this Sony ericsson PC suite.
