SOURCE: How do I replace the belt that makes the drum spin on a Hotpoint Ultima WF860 ?
The belt goes around the drum and onto the motor pulley. No need to loosen anything. Put tension on the belt and fit it onto the motor pulley by gently turning the motor and pushing the belt onto the pulley at the same time.

Hi , F07 fault is the heater circuit so it can be one of two things 1/ the heater is open circuit and neads replacing or 2/ the main pcb heater relay is faulty and that would require a new pcb
so first check the heater

The filter
is under the rear of the machine inside the sump hose. Remove the lower rear
inspection panel and tilt the machine forward, keep it tilted by placing a tin
of peas or something under it at the rear. Now put a shallow bowl or dish under
the sump to catch any water that may still be it the drum and remove the
retaining clip. Pull the hose free from the tub and the filter is inside. (Work safe and remove the power plug from the wall before commencing
any repair) For more tips on repairs use this link selfix-uk
