I have recentlypurchased a t-mobile htc hd2 phone that is unlocked. i have at&t phone service and it calls and txt but won't call my voicemail and i cant figer out how to download apps. please help
For voice mail you just need to dial 1 ( goto dial pad insert 1 and call)
that will directly connect to your voice mail (only if configured )
if that doesn't help then contact your service provider.
to download apps goto windows store make sure you are signed in and then search for app and find install button, click on install app will start downloading it self ( note that you can only download free apps for paid apps you may have to add your credit card and then purchase for it)

PLease do a hard reset (factory reset ) . Here is how you do it
With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

the problem is that your Touch Screen Digitizer is dying this happens to alot of HD2's from a year to about 2 and half years is when the issue starts to come to light. to fix it, it need to be replaced i suggest a profesional which can cost about 140 bucks or you can do it your self for 80$http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaaY0Dva8KQ
