Blocking calls how to block unwanted incoming and outgoing calls in motorola RAZR using T-mobile I have the same problem, I would like to both block a specific number from calling me or texting if that is possible, and I would like to block myself from being able to call that same number out from my phone. I too have a Razor phone with T-mobile, but T-mobile says that they can not block incoming or outgoing calls for me. Under setting/security on my phone I do not show call barring, I only list Phone lock, lock application, fixed dial, sim pin, new passwords and cert management. Does this mean I have no way of accomplishing my goal to block?

Truecaller app would help you at best, with not only letting you know of unknown callers but also block unwanted calls and sms

Though for permanently blocking the call to your number from any specific one, you need to talk to your service provider

To block calls you can download a App from the Google Play Store that enables the feature on your device or contact your carrier to add restriction on your service for outgoing/incoming calls.

there is no way to block an incoming call but ther is way to block incoming calls go to your carrier center and tell him the problem he solved the problem and incoming calls who disturb you is blocked i think it is helpful to you

If you go into security settings from menu you can only block calls from anyone not in your phonebook you cannot block random numbers.

your problem cannot be solved manually. contact your service provider and tell him your problem.ig your service provider gives you the facility of blocking the messages from a specific number-you can blacklist the number and then you wont receive any messages from the number...

go to menu, then to settings and tools,then to phone settings, security, restrict calls, enter unlock code you set, then set both outgoing and incoming calls to '' All" and you should recieve calls from everyone.

no your mobile does not support call black listing features. there are some softwares available. i think your phone is not built with symbian operating system. Check whether your mobile supports symbian os. there are more call blacklisting softwares for Symbian os built mobile phones. Else if your mobile is java compatible then try to find some call blacklisting java softwares from websites

Yes, sort of: go to Settings->Security->Enter lock code here if you've created one(otherwise ignore this step)->Limit Use->Restrict Incoming Calls From this step, you'll have to choose to restrict incoming calls from anyone NOT in your Contacts . You'll still get the voicemails and notifications of who called, but unwanted callers will go right to voicemail and you can call them back whenever you are ready.
