Bosch Nexxt 800 series - washer doesn't always spin dry enough

I have had a problem with wash not spinning enough and the clothes have a lot of water still in them at the end of the cycle. As there is not a spin only option I have to put the clothes through the washer again - it is difficult to wring out king size sheets by hand.
Bosch says it is because I use too much soap - I use HE soap and only 2 teaspoons per load as they recommended - but I still have the problem at least once every few weeks.Bosch says there is a sensor and it detects too much soap and won't spin all the water out.
Help please

I have the exact same problem! I use Charlies Soap powder HE detergent and white vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser cup - that's it.

The repair guy tried to blame the problem on my detergent, but if that is the case, why will is suddenly stop doing this after several re-washes and then work fine for a week or so? If its the soap, it should not occur randomly!

I also have an additional problem that occus less frequently. Sometimes I'll hear the beep indicating a load is done and I'll go to transer to the dryer and will find the drum has not moved at all throughout the cycle! The load will be completely dry in most areas except for where the water dispensing detergent splashed down on the load! It's lucky for me that I don't use bleach in my laundry!

My final comlaint is that this model heats the water temp in ALL wash cycles, including COLD and delicate cycles! I never would have purchased this machine if I had been aware of that tidbit of info. first! Also, I once noticed that the fabric softener dispenses during the wash cycle and BEFORE the bleach dispenser during a cycle! When I called customer service about that they said that is normal. Softeners are meant to go in during a final rinse, and who wants their bleach going in after their sofener? Really stupid! Not really MY problem since I don't use fabric softener, but others may need to know this.

I have had my washer since 7/21/08, and completely regret the purchase!

MY repair man tried to blame it on the soap. that was crazy because I used no soap. It cannot believe this one day it spins the next day the laundry is soaking wet. Help

I bought my top of the line 800 series units in July 2008. They were fine to start and I am now having the same spinning problem. The washer randomly doesn't spin some loads. I have been working directly with Bosch and am on my 4th repair. Have had it blamed on load balancing, shocks, and the main computer terminal which is going to be replaced next week. I am now fighting with Bosch to refund my money for the set. The dryer is hot on all cycles, even low temp.

    What a waste!!!!!!!!!!!!

First inspect the water pump then the pressure switch. Soap buildup can cause this too.

My Bosch next 300 washer doesn't spin as fast as it did. It leaves the clothes wet and some water in the drum. No error code comes up? How do we fix it?

If the tub still moves but it's just not spinning that fast (and the water is draining out), then that means your motor control board has just started to fail and it will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue. If you pull the washer out and remove the back panel, there is a control board mounted to the floor under the tub. This is the motor control board and it will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue.

Washer does not have enough water, and when it spins it doesnt spin enough to get all the water out of the clothes.

a few things to try... the water fill pipe that feeds the machine, check the tap at the end to make sure its on full, if it is then turn water off and unscrew pipe from rear of machine and see if connection on machine is blocked or clogged. then usually located at front of machine at the bottom, unscrew the filter to see if its blocked with small change ( usual suspect ) and try.

Washer will not do Final spin. the time stays on one minent for about 8 mins with no final spin

If the clothes are extracted of water it very well mean your timer needs adjusted slightly, If not, timer needs replaced. Remember, not 100% of your rinse water will be extracted so don't expect it to be hand touch dry when you remove load. But it should not be dripping wet or soaked either

Bosch Nexxt 800 washer won't drain clothes fully

There is not a Spin Only Cycle BUT there is a REFRESH cycle that will take about 10 minutes.

Sometimes when the load is unbalanced and the machine can not balance the load by itself, the clothes will remain soaked. To avoid this, make sure you always have a balance of small and large things and when loading your machine, do not shove the items in so they ball up.

My Bosch Nexxt Essence front load washer is making a knocking and squeaking noise during the whole spin cycle. It sounds like it's coming from the drum mounts - what should we do?

My Bosch Nexxt Essence front load washer will not drain. I changed the lint filter, and insured that the drainage hose was free of debris. I removed all the wet clothes, wrung out the excess water, and redistributed the clothes. Still, no draining or spinning. Initially there was a humming sound, but now there is no sound at all when I try to restart the drain or spin cycles. All the lights are appropriately "on".

Clothes too wet upon cycle completion...

Try reducing the amount of low sudsing detergent you are using. This can make the load too heavy and won't spin out. Remember suds have 3 parts, air, detergent, and water. The drain pump is designed for water, so if you see suds during the wash, it will be worst on warm and hot, then there is too much detergent, or is not low sudsing. I know Bosch reccommends HE, however HE liquids normally are not low sudsing, just High Engery. Also the Permanent Press cycles are always a lower spin speed. Hope this helps

Look into your manual, clean outlet filter & refit. Machine will not spin out if filter is clogged.
