A month ago, it happened to my phone too. I got it reprogrammed at a local repair shop for only $10. The repair man says the problem is brought about by over charging of batteries or by downloading of certain apps which eat up a huge amount of the phone's 8GB internal memory. So he advised me to be careful so it won't happen again. I hope this helps. =)

Despite being presented as a phone with 8GB internal memory, W960i has actually two (2) storage drives: first, the W960-8GB drive which is used for storing images, videos, backups and applications and second, the Phone Memory wherein your contacts and messages are saved. The phone memory only contains 159MB and if it gets full, you won't have any more room for contacts or messages, including outgoing messages (because they are temporarily stored in your outbox, therefore requiring additional space from your phone memory). Once it becomes full, you cannot be able to use the w960-8gb drive for the additional memory requirement but only your SIM memory. be careful to do this as my phone has already been reprogrammed by overlooking my contacts because all the while I thought the 8GB memory can accommodate my messages & phone numbers. but it cannot. so take good management of your Phone memory. You can view and release the storage of your phone's 2 memory drives by going to Menu>Tools>Control Panel>Device>Storage Wizard.

Yes it can be fixed but you cannot fixed it by yourself, you will need software and flashing tools to do that or worst case scenario is that you might replace some damaged part on it, but it can be fix

You can try Factory Reset or Master reset. Also the best would be use SEUS and reinstall the firmware.

this problem can be persisting due to some reasons like the phone has got wet or it has fallen from height or battery is not able to give complete power to the phone. try changing the battery or if still problem is there than contact any repairing shop or contact me with some more details.

You have to extract the themes first by using winzip or something similar, then when you have done that plug your ofne in go to, my computer>Your phone>Memory Card>Themes
