I have 4 Casio SI-460's and when i try to intercom from any one of the stations it says "unable to call". I have checked and made sure that every phone does not have the DND on and they all share lines 1 and 2. I would understand if it just didn't let me call one phone. But it will not let me call any.
Have you "updated the system" on all four phones? Also, have you set "autoanswer" to on on all four phones?

I have 4 Casio SI-460 and I am having problems turning my auto attendant off. When I put someone on hold, then physically walk to the person to inform them of the call, the person in the other room can't answere the phone. When he picks up the phone the phone just beeps as if the battery is low, but it's not. The person has to come to my room and get the caller off hold in order for him to speak to them. Why is this happening? I have a manual and it saids to do steps 1-3. When I get to step 3, it doesn't allow me to use the soft key on/off button.
