I need to change the main greeting on my Vodavi Starplus STS. I was able to change the extensions but cannot figure out how to change to main greeting. If it requires a passcode, we do not have one. Many, Many Thanks for your help!!

Get into admin section of voicemail. Select change greeting. Select greeting number (probably 001). Rerecord. Need help. Email. If this is helpful, please post as such

Inside or outside the system?? Sorry, no clue. Here's some info from the bottom of the phone if it helps:
Vodavi Communications Systems Inc; 24 button digital key telephone; part # 3515-71; iss: 2; Rev: 1.9; number at the bottom is sfl523758. Hope that helps pin it down for you! Thanks so much for any help you can offer.
Call into your phone system and have someone send you to voicemail. AS SOON AS you hear the greeting, press * . Tell me what if anything happens. This will clarify it for me. You're almost there.
Is your voicemail located inside or outside your phone system?
Which phone system do you have. Different ones
