You need the machine ip address, then goto your laptop settings, devises & printers, add printer
Business.toshiba.com You'll be able to find your drivers there. However, if you don't have a print or print/scan dongle (activator) on your machine, network printing will not work.

Are you still receiving faxes although you are unable to send? Or is it no send & no receive? When you hook a phone up are you able to connect with a # dialed from that phone. It's possible that the problem is the copiers NCU board- but it's rare that they fail & even more rare that it loses just the send portion. You'll want to be absolutly sure that it's not the phone line. If you are positive that the problem is not the phone line - try turning the machine off & unplugging the power cord for 30 minutes. Occasionally the NCU card will lock up & not function properly. Unplugging the machine for 30 minutes has worked for me in the past.

connect the copier to computer through USB cable, turn it on, then re-install software it will recongnize the port and machine itself.
