Just got this machine and had it put together - but when using it, something is banging together, causing a very loud noise with each rotation. The noise is coming from inside the wheel area, which was already put together by the manufacturer.
I had the same problem. Put vasoline on the wheel handle.
No more noise!

I put mine together last night - had the same problem - one loud knocking sound each time the legs rotate. - I am goign to try to contact reebok today but am worried because I did not buy the extended warranty.....
Have the same problem. Contacted Icon to send someone. The technician has not come yet. Tried to fix it by inserting a piece of paper between the latch and the wheel handle. Not the perfect soluation but it seems to have eliminated the knocking sounds with every turn. I still have a problem with a bad alignment of the wheel.
