Yes, configure second Cisco E1 port to simulate you telcom (network side) and connect it to PB, and first Cisco E1 to your telecom provider.

On Cisco router configure voice ports, and number manupilation, so you can catch any call and redirect it anywhere (Voip, Telco, PBX).

I tryed that with Ericcson, and it didn't work until connections where like these
telco <-> Cisco VoIP gateway (E1x2) <-> PBX

PBX's are not very flexible, Cisco is.

Cannot get my softphone to engage my headset.

You probably need to check your audio controls in your computer's control panel to make your headset the default audio device and also make sure your softphone control panel is set the same way.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

I am configuring a pri ckt in mitel sx200icp i cannot make outbound calls i have programmed pri card as per carrier in form 42 with NI2 - NI2bell have tried all procol variant incoming is fine

It sounds like the outbound Caller ID is not set up properly in form 22. You will need to insert *6 into the dial string. If this isn't set up, many carriers will reject the call as it doesn't see the correct outbound caller ID.

Sincerely,
Mark

Having issues with logging into the cisco softphone from home via vpn

Make sure that the subnet for the call manager is available over your VPN if you have locked the tunnel down. Also make sure that the IPC is allowed to bind to the VPN virtual network card.

Hope that helped!

Does teh DKT 2010-sd have a PRI card slot for voip

Since a DKT-2010 is just a phone that attaches to a Toshiba Key System, it's hard to say.

PRI and VoIP are two entirely different protocols. PRI is delivered on two pairs of wires and it contains up to 23 circuits and a data channel. It requires a card in your system, a DK, CTX, or CIX Key service unit.

VoIP can be delivered via an Analog Terminal Adapter, or directly into the KSU if you have a CIX-100 or higher system. Likewise, faxes are deliered on trunks to analog stations, or it just requires an analog line to receive. It can work within your system or outside of your system.

If you look at the manual, starting at page 21-23, this will give you an idea of the capabilities of a CIX system. http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/tsd/docum/gen_desc/CIX/CIX-GD-ALL-VF_E.pdf

I want to make a softphone so plz give me the whole source code of softphone in php, vb.net, asp.net2.0 (any) languages.

You can find what you need here: http://www.filebuzz.com/findsoftware/Free_Source_Code_Soft_Phone/1.html

Now, admittedly, this was an easy search. I'm sure there are others, but I checked the DLs on this site, and they seem to be working fine - and without any bugs attached.

Interconecting 2 Panasonic KX-TDA 200 & KX-TDA600

You are asking for some very advanced setup features, as far as connecting them you need the IPGateway cards. They are cat5 cards that will do the trick. However programming the setup to do what you want will be VERY time consuming and not to easy to walk someone through. On-site tech is highly recommended for that much programming and work.

T! lines

A T1 line is a dedicated connection to an Internet backbone router. Typically a T1 line is for major businesses and school campuses. A T1 line is capable of handling 637 simultaneous VOIP connections with full-duplex connection.

How many computers do you intend to have connected to this network? Even a fractal T1 is very expensive. A full T1 connection can cost nearly 25K per month usage. A T1 line will need to be installed by your ISP provider and this too will cost a significant amount of money and it depends on how close your network connection will be in relation to the main network trunk-line.

If you trying to connect a T1 line to a Belkin 54g wireless router, you are way out of your league. I have worked for several networking firms in the Atlanta, GA area and we never had more than a fractal T1. Most small to midsized networks (up to 100) users can be accommodated with using a DSL or Cable Internet connection with a dedicated firewall and router/switch to handle the network traffic. Unless you are willing to pay for a T1 fiber optic line to be run from the main trunk line to your place of business or home, you will be fine with a high speed cable internet connection from an ISP provider like Comcast of Qwest here in the US. Fiber still has an installation cost of about $10,000USD per 1000 feet.

Hope this helps to clarify your problem.

Cheers,

Keith
