Sequence error warning comes up on display, as soon as i turned on my ER-5215 M cash register, how to fix it?

Do this :

key to program,
200 subtotal
press plu button ( or scan product)
type in price ( without decimal point)
press x/time
do next item or press cash to finish

Hi. Youv'e turned the key before you finished in another mode. Turn the key to each mode, and press clear, then try it back in reg. If that doesn't work, press CASh in each mode, or SUBTOTAL in each mode.

If the machine is dead, then you probably have a bad battery. It should be changed every 3 to 5 years by the dealer. If it has been left too long, then this is a common symptom and the machine loses all programming. Otherwise, you may have a faulty power supply or mode lock unit.
