You have a broke motor coupling broken between the motor and transmission the part is not expencive but a little hard to explain how to put it in.

most front loaders are balanced by a large: ready for this: cement block inside at the top of your machine and because spin is so fast it can sometimes hit inside your machine or it has brokin a peice off ,sorry but yours going to have to get the repair person out.adrian

Hi. this is a failed timer device. simply replacing the timer control module will eliminate these issues you are having.

Have you checked the pump and filter are clear? bottom right flap on front panel to expose pump. Check the hoses are clear, particularly if it is connected under the sink, via a spigot connection. If the machine has good motor action, but not spinning effectively, it will more than likely be a drainage problem.

Hello Deanna Lytle - Often when a unit does not spin, it is because the unit cannot properly drain and dispose of the water and detergent solution. Does the unit make a humming noise? If so, the drainage hose/pump may be clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the washer may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
