With the mentioned printer I used A5 Paper size in Tray1 & A4 paper size for Tray2 .... My problem with tray1 only every time I print from tray1 with A5 size I getting the 13.02.00 error code. Recently I have replaced Tray1 Pickup Roller & Tray1 separation pad but I facing similer issue. When A5 paper feed printer feed 2 sheets one will stop at Ejection Fuser roller & the other one it will jam at the bottom of Toner Cartridge. I did paper path test from Tray1 with " A4 paper " after cleaning printer from dust with 100 pages it's printing fine without any issue, then directly I did Paper Path Test from Tray1 with " A5 paper " then I face same issue. Please help. Thanks. Jaffar

you can choose mp first in "paper handing" printer menu or print tray1 is A4 default in properties of printer software.

It sounds like a blockage in the paper path at the rear of the unit. This unit picks from the rear of tray 2, and there is a separate path for tray 1 that conveys the paper above that tray and back to where it can intersect the main paper path. Sounds like you have a blockage where those 2 paths intersect.
Remove the cassette 2, and in that hole, there are 2 levers that allow you to lower the bottom half of the tray 1 bypass path. Look back in there for the tiniest scrap of paper left behind.
Next, if nothing is found, open the rear door, and again with a flashlight, look down in the bottom of the paper path for a small bit of torn paper, or some other obstruction. Odds are this is your problem.

Perry,
Usually I have found that there is a scrunched up piece or bit of paper in the fuser.
I am adding a link below that will take you through the step-by-step process and you should find the source of the problem. Be careful when touching the fuser that thing gets HOT!!

you have to check the paper you use is it the same format in the printer setup.
