RZ 220 Risograph error code A-16-525 after paper jam indication. No jam was present.

The master is stucked on the print drum,open print drum remove master and try again.
Let me know for futher help.

Master drawer wont operate until the a16-525 is cleared. But you always open the drawers with a basic 1/4 inch pencil inserted eraser end first ( about 3 to 4 inch). the holes are just below where you would normally place hand to squeeze latch. hold it in while squeezing. A16-525 is "waiting for master to be removed from drum" which it cant due to the exit bands not grabbing master on eject operation. There are 3 on RZ220.

You clean paper through sensor it is along paper throughout .... you disassemble side of paper outlet and can see sensor and clean with spirit(alcohol) and dry it ....... ok

I have a RZ 220 error code A-16-525. I know is the master jam, but I press the green botton to remove the master drum and It doesn't turn green, so I can't pull out the master drum. What can I do?
