Hi here are some solutions hope it can be helpful..Go to the setting on the menu.make sure that what profile setting specifically the volume the ringtone either text or call that was personalized was the one that was activated..

To change the ringtone press MENU, and then tap Settings. Tap Personalize > Default ringtone. The Phone ringtone selection menu then opens and you can scroll through the available ringtones and tap the ringtone you want to use then tap OK.

the problem with your phone that you cannot hear the person calling you is that, the earpiece of your phone is faulty, that is why you cannot hear anything on your phone.

All you need to do is change the earpiece of your phone and you will see that, you will be able to hear who ever you are talking to.

Replace the earpiece as advice and you see that your problem of not hearing what people say when you call would be solved.

1.you go to the menu and you click on multimedia,you find the voice recorder there
2.you tell your family and friends or whoever person you want to keep talking and you record their voices,it saves automatically in the sounds located in "my stuffs"
3.you now go to your contacts,click on contacts you will find your groups i.e family and friends,you click on options,you will find the group ringtone,you click ok,immediately the sounds stored on your phone opens including the recorded voices and you click ok on the desired voice for the group or persons

Go to Contacts, then select your contact that you wanna change the ringtone for. Select Edit, then go to ringtone and select the ringtone, hit OK. then you just have to save it and your done. your contact will now have their own ringtone for when they call.

don't waste your money. it is silent from your contacts.....if you remove silent mode in contacts option then you will have ringtone..........like any name contact and then go to its option then you will activate the ringtone rather of silent.........then you will hear ringtone.......if any one has any problem....then don't go.......to ........shop ...........
