The sewing advisor screen on a Janome 8000 is getting dim.

When your Memory Craft 8000 or MC 5700 is otherwise working fine but the LCD display screen begins to grow darker and you find you just can't read it, the only thing you can do is replace the LCD screen, or buy a new machine.
Janome no longer stock this item direct, but there is an affordable replacement available.

Have you tried turning the button on the top of the machine on the right hand side.also do the Self Diagnosis Routine as the other person as also suggested.
