How do i save the image once i have scanned it on CanoScan LiDe25

It may be that you have to close the program - i had a similar problem at first but found it stores them all until the program is closed, then a window pops up with little thumbnails of all my scans (meaning you can continue to scan new images without apparently having saved them to the harddrive). This new window allows the user to untic whichever scans are not desired... there is a svae button at the bottom, and the svaed scans will be found in the Pictures folder in a sub-a folder with that days date as the name.
