is there any soft ware can achive my data in my blocked sim (PUK)
i use SimRecovery but it extract my sms and phone book data with
spicial character .
You cannot unblock your SIM without contacting your Service provider. Try contacting your service provider to get a new PUK code. They are the only ones that can get you a new PUK code. If you have your SIM pack check on the reverse side to find your PUK code.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. The reason why your phone is bloked is the 3consecutive incorrect password that you entered in your phone.PUK code will be coming from your mobile service provider. They have the PUK codes stored in their database. Its 8 digit number that you should enter on the PUK field.

The phone must have wanted the PIN Code from you and you have entered it wrong 10 times and thus your phone got blocked by PUK Code. This is a Sim or Network lock which can only be unlocked by the network provider. Kindly contact the service provider of the network and tell them to unlock the PUK Code of the Sim.

Your simcard has been blocked due to entering the wrong pin code 3 times,you need to contact your simcard/network provider who will be able to supply you with the PUK code to ublock your simcard,there should be no charge
