follow the steps to get your product paired.
Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
Note: To turn off headset
With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step above.
Step B - SET THE PHONE TO LOOK FOR
YOUR HEADSET

on your phone go into menu look for connectons or bluetooth turn this function on then hold down hook button(big button with phone symbol) on the bluetooth until it stays solid (mic still folded in) then flip out the mic then pair phone phone will usually ask bond or pair with headset select yes enter passcode 0000
