We received this code when we first used the feature a couple of days ago. We looked at the manual and it told us to turn off the electricity for 30 seconds and then try again. Well, it about burnt up the cupboards. It appears the door warp letting out the supper heat and charred the cupboard both exterior facing cupboards and the inside of the cabinet next to the oven. When I got the F9 code the second time I checked around the door and found it had warped outward on the left side considerably and a little less on the right side. This seemed to be at maximum heat at the about 2 hours in the 3 hour cycle. The oven is about two years old, rarely used and this is the first time we have cleaned it. Anyone know what the issue is? Thanks Dennis
Dennis the F9 indicates the door lock switch has not positioned correctly. By what you are describing it sounds like the lock mechanism did not pull the door in tight for the cleaning resulting in the code. It's possible it could be a pinched wire on the locking mech. What needs to be done here is that someone has to examine the door lock mechanism to insure it's operating correctly. The door should be pulled tight and the switch sould be closed on the cam.
