you will need to bleed the line, as you have air in the lines, once you bleed the line it might take a few trys to get it lit again, but keep trying, it should light, one other thing you may want to do as well after you bleed the line, go to the breaker panel and shut the power off to the furnace, wait about thirty seconds then turn the power back on, that resets the circuit board, then try lighting it, let us know how it went, thanks again,
