I have to do a take over of a fusion dvr cctv not sure if it's a mk 3 or 4 system and the customer has forgotten the administrator code can anyone please help on if there is a way to default the password many thanks
I didn't read the entire manual, but you may want to take a look at a Fusion DVR Manual to see if there are instructions for resetting the system password.
Tell what DVR this is , makers real name and real models.
vast exist, and no 2 are the same. for sure what you are asking , NOT THE SAME , cures.

or find the service tag label post those facts.
or read the manual on your DVR, and read the page factory reset if missing means you must call them.
if this is a CCTV system, that is a security system and if resetting the PW was easy ? it would render the system useless, (a toy grade CCTV) and is not.
that is why you must call them, not us as we are not them.
