same exact thing word for word, its less than 3 months old. makes about 2 cups at a time and then shuts off. turn it off and back on, does 2 more cups. haven't torn it apart yet, must be some kind of switch to turn it off when the water level get to the bottom that has gone bad, to new to be calcified i would think.

I had the same problem after 2 weeks with this Cuisinart Maker but had thrown away the box & receipt ~ so hubby went and bought ANOTHER one just like it so I could take the box to send it back. I had it for a month and find myself with the exact same problem. I just ordered new filters from Cuisinart too ~ last weekend!! It soaked in vinegar and I've tried to run it through off and on all day, thinking that if it sat and it was depoits, that would help. I have now resorted to Efferdent Tablets to see if that will clean it out because I have nothing to lose at this point....don't have this box or receipt either!! Won't buy another one of these!

I have the same problem, it was fine for about 8 weeks, now it brews about two cups and then just some steam and noise!

I have had our maker for about one year and have cleaned it regularly (have run vinegar through it), now I encounter the same "gurgling" situation and steaming out of the back....I am wondering if the piping is either corrupt or perhaps worn and hence this situation.

Now a little water comes out and it takes what seems to be hours to make coffee.

Any advice as I have (and do) enjoy the brand, it's been very solid until now, and unclear why it would break down now.

You both may have deeper issues, but it is definitely not too new to be decalcified. It is very much worth a shot. I have a Cusinart coffeemaker and a Cuisinart espresso maker, and both of them needed to be decalcified in the first month (of course, I live in an area with hard water).

Try making your coffee the night before. I have the same problem with my Cuisinart DCC-1200 coffee maker. It shuts off before the brew cycle is complete. If I program the timer brew the night before and set it to start in the morning, the unit works fine. I had to change my routine a little, but now I still have nice hot coffee in the morning.

MovinCool Office Pro 18 Portable AC making a rattle sound.

The fan surround is often made with a semi rigid card material called 'Fish Paper', and in time it can get distorted. Sometimes you can just bend it, or just trim it away a bit.

My drive side door inside is rattling when I drive it but I don't what is causing the noise on my montero sport

There is a connector on the frame of the car where the door locks onto when closed. It has 2 big phillip screwdriver screws holding it on. Loosen them a little and maybe knock it in just a tiny bit to make the door close tighter to the vehicle. Hope that helps.

Gaggia synchrony logic making grinding noise

With these removable units, you must be very careful, the circular mechanism that does the running of the Y motion need to be properly alligned. You need to perhaps put the back of a knife in it and adjust until all the parts align, Then it must click in easily. If you have forced it in the clip will not release. you need to rattle it a little.

My LG over the range microwave makes a rattling noise when I am cooking. The sound is not there is the item I am microwaving is heavy.

This may sound a bit nuts, but remove the glass tray and support ring. Clean the wheels and ring. Also clean the glass and microwave surface where the wheels run. Any tiny bit of debris will stop the wheels from turning, and make a rattling noise.
If that doesn't help, you may need a new turntable motor.

A rattling noise from the engine bay

Check the heat shields on the exhaust system. They get loose from the extreme heat fluctuations work loose and rattle. Especially the one between the engine and firewall where the 02 sensor screws in. It probably rattles less after warm up because heat causes expansion which makes it tighter. Hope this helps.

Flashing water light - will drain water but will not make coffee

Something is wrong on the coffee cycle side of the machine. Check the brew unit screens and and try doing a preground cycle with out inserting coffee. IF water comes out, I would looking into your grinder a little bit and try increasing the grinder size.
