Electrolux oxy 3 vaccum has stppoed working and all three blue lights flashing

Christmas 2013 I was given an Electrolux ergorapido. I put it on the charger and red light won't come on or if it by chance does it flashes three times and then cuts off.

this sounds totally silly but is the power button on the vacuum actually off? Had the same problem, where the battery was completely empty i didn't know my son had switched the vacuum on put it on charge and the light was flashing. I took it off the charging stand pressed the power button then put it back....now charging perfectly. Anyone who doesnt have this appliance will think you sound stupid but its just a clicky button so visually the button looks the same on or off.

you need either a new wand clip or wand. Also, check the cord in the wand.

my electrolux ultraactive vacuum won't start & is flashing between 2/3 on the remote. I've empty the canister & checked filters etc. It's band new I've only used it three times.

When switched on the vacuum goes through a self diagnosis test. Lights will come on for a while, then go out. If everything is okay, then the blue "Optimum" light will come on and stay on. If it turns of, a red indicator light should come on providing information on what's needed; i.e., filter or bag change needed.

i have 2, 1powers up and all 3 lights flash change hoses from the good one that work fine and it still wont run and the three blue lights continue to flash and wont run

The the hose, wands and power nozzle to the nearest AERUS store for repair. You have a short that needs to be fixed. They should just be able to replace the wire assemblies inside the wands, handle and power nozzle.

You have a Electrolux, not a Guardian though, right? The light you are talking about is the bag full indicator. I know your bag is not full, so, try this. The knob on the top of the cleaner is a fine adjustment designed to let the bag fill up in different conditions, (dirt types) . So...turn the dial down to setting 2. Try it again. Did it work? If so, this is your adjustment . No need to ever adjust it agin. It is NOT the suction control. If this did not fix ya (haha) then, your adjustment diaphragm is bad and you will have to break down and bring it to Aerus(Electrolux) for a repair. Try turning the knob on top of the machine all the way to the right and try it again
