we are having the same issue. sometimes I simply turn off the machine and restart without adding any soap. it seems to like that. but it's frustrating to not be able to do a whole load.

The F33 error code indicates a pump drive system error. If the pump ohms out correctly & the harness is secure I recommend replacing the CCU (central control unit). Please see the following image provided for instructions.

The F33 error means that the washer control unit didn't get the expected response from the drain pump drive during a self-test (before starting the washer cycle). This is usually a wiring issue. Unplug the washer and drain out any water in the unit. Remove the clothing and pull the washer out so that you can reach the access panel. Take a look at the wiring between the drain pump and the CCU (control unit) DP2 connector. Make sure that all of the wiring harnesses are connected. Look for any broken wires or ones that are detached from the wiring harness. With an multimeter, check for continuity in these wires. If there are any broken wires, replace the wiring (Main Harness).
If the wiring is okay, check if the drain pump filter is clogged with a foreign object. Disassemble the drain pump and check if the impeller is intact and on its shaft. Replace the pump if the impeller is damaged. Reconnect the power to the washer and check if the error recurs.
I hope this helps. If you add a comment with the model number, I may be able to provide more information on the parts.

I would assume that you are using HE detergent if not the pump could go into a suds lock. You may have a bad drain pump. The other options could be possibly a bad central control unit. (however these are very expensive) or possibly a door lock issue but usually you will get a door lock error.
