SOURCE: No coffee brewing with beans, but with coffee brewing with ground coffee.

It is possible that the grinds chute is blocked, remove the brew unit and check the chute from the grinder chamber, make sure that it is not blocked with coffee grounds.

SOURCE: how to decalcify saeco royal exclusive coffee machine

Hi
Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop button or menu button if you have one, and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the left to scroll down until you come to Descale. Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don’t have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say "Descale finished". Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Choose "Yes" and push enter so the machine will tell you when you need to descale again.

Saeco Royal Cappuccino Brew unit dumping grinds into machine

It sounds like the brew unit might need to be serviced or replaced. The funnel not lining up properly could indicate a problem with the alignment mechanism or the gears that control the movement of the brew unit. You can try cleaning the inside of the brew unit, checking for any obstructions or damaged parts, and reassembling it carefully to ensure everything is properly aligned. If that doesn't work, it's best to contact a professional for assistance. Saeco authorized service centers or repair shops should be able to diagnose and fix the issue.

Hi, My saeco royal cappuccino is displaying, brew unit block. It has been checked and all is clear. It was suggested that maybe it was the gearbox? Is this possible, if so do you have an exploded view of...

the saeco brew unit is the same as a Miele brew unit from a cva 615. check to see if there are any Miele service centers near you. The brew unit needs to be lubricated with food grade silicone grease every 30 days. if you dont do that, the plastic gears in the gearbox can and will strip. Try to find another brew unit and see if it works with a different one. If not, you may need to send it in to a repair center.

There is a lever on the top of the door that has a + to the back and a - to the front. Pull the lever back 1 click to the front or - side. Your putting too much coffee in the brew unit and could break the brew drive.

No coffee, water going to the drip tray

OK, so this is a problem with your brew unit. The unit is not cycling correctly to tell the water to come through.

We had another problem like this just this week.

The wat we fixed it was 1) Give the Brew Unit a really good clean. 2)Make sure the Brew Unit can complete a cycle - manually rotate the brew unit components through a cycle 3) Lubricate the Brew Units moving parts if necessary using some Saeco or Other Food Grade Lubricant

Then try watch a complete coffee cycle by leaving the side door of your machine open, and tricking the micro switches into thinking the door is closed by engaging them with some card or something similar.

Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

Saeco Royal Professional Coffee ends up in the bin not into the cups. What has happened and where can I go to resolve it. Thanks Mala

If you mean the Coffee Seems to end up all around your brew unit, a common fix is to move the dosage control (this is the slide on the right hand side of your machine just above the door to the brew unit) back and forth repetitivly.

Try this
