SOURCE: Whirlpool filling and washing, not draining, rinsing or spinning
Check out your outlet filter, probable it is clogged. Clean this out and refit. Most cases when the drain or spin does not work, it is the filter. This is a suggestion.

SOURCE: washer fills up than starts draining while in wash cycle
Hello , here is the fix-your drain hose is placed to low in the drain line in the wall, it can not be placed in water or it will siphon the water out of your washer into the drain pipe and it wont stop until it hits air. try pulling your drain hose up and out of the drain and get a zip tie or cable and tie it to one of the water valves by the drain pipe placing the end of the drain hose about 5-6 inches inside the drain pipe. Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck it will work.

SOURCE: Agitator starts at begining of cycle before washer is full
Please be carful as running the agitator without enough water will overheat and kick out the motor, however it should be ok when it resets itself.
Yes, the machine should stop agitating when you lift the lid so this too is part of the problem.
After looking at the print I can only suggest that the cam contacts in the timer ( contacts 12 and 14) that start the motor are burned and stuck together.

SOURCE: when starting the wash or rinse cycle, the washer
Assuming the motor isn’t running during fill the water
is siphoning out and can be
caused by a few things.
If the washer is turning off mid cycle then the problem most likely has something to do with the draining or the filling.
First check the drain hose is not to far down the standpipe. If it is to far down then the water might siphon out during fill. The water would fill and drain at the same time. One cycle I would like you to try is the "Rinse Only" cycle. This is a simple, short cycle that should just fill once, drain and spin. If the washer will do this then the major components are most likely okay.
Make sure the water drains out and let me know if the drain pump is the source of the noise you hear.
