My computer has a connexant high definition smart Audio 221, when i go to the control panel i see that my speakers still working correctly but i can't hear any sounds from it since 2 weeks
Try checking your device manager to make sure that your sound card is still functioning, if it is not it will have a yellow triangle with an explanation mark beside it. If it is not functioning simply reinstall the drivers from hp's website, or delete the driver and reset your computer. Once you have established that your device is properly working, try plugging in some earphones to see if they work. If they do then you likely have a problem with your speekers. If not make sure that your speakers are not muted in the bottom right corner of your task bar (the little speaker icon).
