My Ricoh Aicio 1013F is showing a duplicate shadow on the copy.
This is almost always the hot roller and/or the pressure roller bushings in the fusing unit. The Hot roller in this model is rated for 90,000 copies, but they commonly fail earlier than that. The pressure roller bushings also wear as they are made of plastic. If you can drag your finger across one of your copies, and the toner doesn't stick to the paper, then you definitely need bushings.
Check how many copies you have by press the "user tools/counter" button in the upper left of the control panel. You should see the word "counter" on the display. Press the "OK" button near the display; this will show you your copy count. If you are near the 75 to 80,000 mark (or multiples there of [150- to 160,000, etc.]), I'd say it's time to replace the hot roller.
Unless you are certified to work on these machines, you would need to get a service technician to do this. These particular machines are more difficult than some of the larger models, and I definitely would not suggest anybody try this repair unless they know exactly what they are doing.
