First I have locked disk D by bit locker on my dell desktop but forgot password and security keys on windows 7.After that I have changed to windows Still Cant access disk D .Still on windows XP ,When I try to open It it says do you want to format it? .PLEASE SEND ME ON MY E-MAIL [email protected]
U have to install window 7 again in ur pc , If u install window 7 than bit locker again give u option to unlock the disk using password but if u forget ur password of bit locker then it give u another option to open it, and this opition is to fill the recovery key into bit locker if u saved it and it is different to all driver ,if u also do'nt have this than there i s no method to open the hard drive without formatting it

well try and run your pc in ms-dos mode (by using bootable windows cd).FIRST OF ALL disconnect ur hard disk and connect it again check the hard disk connectors that they fit properly in and are tight ,type fdisk and check the partiton !!!and make sure that hard disk of urs is in working condition so check it in other system or pc also!!

sounds like you'll need to reinstall the operating system, from the recovery cd...or use F8 for safe mode, and see if it's a virus issue

In your bios you should be able to change your settings for the hdd. Make sure everything in bios matches your hdd & then save changes & reboot. Hopefully that will allow you to enter windows.
