First Call your Costumer care (Service Provider) ask them for PUK Code they will provide you the PUK code, Then Type that PUK code It agen ask u the security code type 12345 & reconfirm it then your mobile will get started.

Ok, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

Th phone asks for the security code you have set in your mobile.Default security code is 12345.If you changed default code use the changed security code.If you forgotten security code try using master security code which can be obtained from sites by providing imei number link http://www.unlockme.co.uk/master.php

Service provider numbers will be toll free.
Once you get the PUK code, enter it . And then it will ask for new PIN number, you need to enter 0000 twice.
If you forget the security code, you get this error.. The default security code for nokia is 12345 If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# .

you have to ask the provider for the puk 1 and puk 2 codes

first of all ask puk no of your sim from service provider(airtel, vodafone etc)
then try some passcode
your phone will ask puk and you can change the password of your phone by using puk

Unless you changed it yourself its 12345. If you have changed it you need to call your provider and ask for a PUK code

you didn't specify what kind of code is asked, if display asks about PUK code then you should contact the customer service of your sim provider.

Hi, I have a Locked 5310 with T-Mobile, eventhough I have unlocked instructions from them, it still Locked.
Any suggestion?
