I got a response from the company. It turns out, it just needed a newer battery. I put in a new one and now the camera works again.
I have the same issue as well. I'm getting the 4 beeps, then 00's. Did anybody find a solution?
Read the Manual Make sure you have fresh batteries in. Make sure you have a memory card in - if that is what it uses. Did you finf the on switch. When you have done all that and still in trouble come back

I can't not download the pictures it is saying no photos on camera and there is 29 pics please help!
I am using vista...does that mean the driver is not compatible
Same problem: not able to take any new picture anymore. When pressing the button, the led blinks 3 times and the camera shuts down.
The screen shows always '00'.
Camera shows it has pictures, but when we select the USB device on the computer to download them there are no pictures. What is strange is we can take a picture with the camera attached to the USB port and save and download.
