You should groom your horse every day. You should start with a curry comb starting behind his ears on his neck and doing his whole body except for his legs and face. Then use a Dandy or a stiff brush doing the same thing from behind his ears brushing his whole body except for his face and legs in short Swift upward Strokes. Then use a soft brush where you can brush his whole body including his face and legs and short Swift upward Strokes. then use a hair brush and brush his forelock mane and tail being sure to start the tail from the bottom and working your way up so as not to pull out hairs always stand to the side and the rear of the horse when brushing the tail. Next I take a clean towel or rag and wipe him over his whole body wiping around his eyes and nostrils first. Then you should pick his hooks I like the hook pics that have a brush on one end and a pic on the other pic and brush off for hooks and run your hands over the horses legs looking for any bumps splints or contusions. Grooming your horse everyday is a great way to bond with your horse and to check for any abnormalities. Then when you're done riding depending on the climate where you can live you can rinse him off or else be sure to brush off the saddle sweat Mark and to pick his hoofs never put away a horse with a sweaty saddle mark. If you groom your horse every day and put lots of elbow grease into it it will show and you'll have a shiny beautiful looking animal!

It's good if you can spend some time each day checking on your horse. The grooming time need not go for hours, if you know what exactly to do and if you have the right tools at hand. Grooming your horse daily will allow you to check the health of your horse. You can determine possible health issues by touching certain parts of your horse to check for rashes and lumps. Daily brushing and combing your horse also ensures that dirt and dead skin won't build up on the skin and cause irritation. Doing this also gets rid of loose hair that can cause discomfort. You should also take time to clean the face, the mane and tail. Regularly cleaning the hooves also keeps your horse safe from getting bacterial diseases.

If you can spend at least 30 minutes each day, then use that time to groom your horse. It will serve as a great time to bond with your horse. You should be grooming your horse lightly every day. You should brush its hair, remove burs and make sure that it doesn't have any caked on mud. If you over groom your horse daily, you can accidentally take away some of the natural oils and minerals his body needs to stay healthy.

Why won't blades stay aligned?

Ok either the 2 screws that hold the blade to the clipper are loose or the adjusting lever on the side could be loose please check both.

P.S you must align blade before you tighten the screws.
