Is there some picture settings that others have used to get the best quality?

Use Epson Photo Paper, and set your printer to "best" quality.

Use your eyes to determine quality; only they really know. FYI, when determining the best color and tint, when you view the setting, think to yourself, "do people really look like that color in real life"?

Check your camera settings!
1. Image size setting (e.g. 1Mpix to 14 Mpix), see user manual page 30.
2. Image compression, see user manual page 30. Set to FINE for best quality.
3. Try also other camera focus settings, like SPOT. See user manual page 31.

Adjust the driver settings and you will have success.

the best way to get the best picture is make sure you have it hooked up with a HDMI cable for your dvd,cable,,etc..

This will depend upon what megapixel rating your camera is, and what quality setting you keep on it. Here is an example, I have a 7.1 megapixel camera and I use the best quality setting, and I get 919 pictures on my 2GB card.

The set may not be at fault. If you are on cable some channels are still in anolog and some are digital. if you are on a nolog channel the picture will look preaty bad compared to the digital ones.
