We have an older Jenn Air oven. Stove is counter top model. We bummed the delay setting instead of the timer and now we can not get the oven to come on. It says to push for manuel control. It has a timer knob. Then a start knob and then a stop knob with time. Can't find the book. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Shannbooks The first thing I would recommend to do is to reset the power. Turn off the breaker for the range for couple minutes and then turn it on. In the most cases it works. Set the time of the day and try to use the oven. If it would not solve the problem let me know. Good luck. Gendos. post back...

I thought your range has an electronic control but according to the later information you've provided it has an analog clock. It makes very big difference. The knob were it says -Push for manual- has to be pushed in and the other knob -Start- has to be popped out. Rotate this knob until it pops out (it should do it at the point were it shows the time of the day on the oven clock), then rotate the -Push to manual- knob to the same position and push it in. Now your oven should work.

Hi
Tried with the breaker and it did not work.
The thing is I know we have had this problem before and I can't get it now. Up top we have the oven temp knob. Down in the middle is time and timer. Then is the start know for delay and below that is the stop time. It says push for manuel. I think I have tried almost every combination of pushing the knobs. Any other suggestions would be great.
Thanks for quick response.
THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!
It worked. You are great. I will save your website for future help on matters. Thanks so much.
