I added injector cleaner to try to clean the injectors and next step would be to put new wires and plugs in any other ideas before I go to the dealer
thanx
Dan
i have the same problem, but mine is reading misfire on cylinder 5 and a code for random cylinder misfires, plugs are relatively new. should i just replace all coils and wires and go from there? except my year is 98
Hey Dan, It cannot hurt to change the Plugs and wires. Make sure and Check all the Fuses and Relays also. Sometimes the Realays can blow or just get old and send a Code also.
Sorry Man! Yes, Just take the Plugs out and Inspect them for Cracks and Carbon Buildup or Unusual Wear. Like the Diode is only worn on 1 Side. Rate this Response for me Please! I am tryin to get back up in the Ranks!
Thanks Bro! There really is no way to check the Wires Safely. Just use your best Judgement. No on the Plugs, Just clean them up and reinstall if they look ok.
