Hi there,
cycle sounds like its working but when finished the soap is still left in its place and water is left at the bottom also dishes aren't complete.
Hope you can help.
Thanks
One the water in the bottom of the machine is more than likely becuase it is not draining properly reason? Thenpump or drain pipe could be blocked or the filter or outlet at the bottom of the unit is clogged with food,Two are you useing dishwasher powder or blocks and not dishwashing liquide, three chech the wash arem holes are not clogged with food all holes must be open if two or so clogged it will spin the arm but will not wash properly and naturally will not rinse properly they must aslo be clean.Last make sure the machine is heating the water and not trying wash cold do this by stopping the machine mid cycle and open the door is there steam if so cool leave it to finnish the wash so clean filter ,wash arms, drain pipe blow into it and see if ant food particals appear in the machine, Hope this helps

If you have a water softener, just drop the entire tablet into the bottom of the dishwasher at the beginning of the cycle. This is to allow extra cycles to get all the soap out, since soap goes a lot farther in soft water. If you don't have a water softener, put the tablet in the part with the lid, and close the lid. You don't need anything in the other (pre-wash) part.
Check your wash arms - make sure the holes or nozzels are clear (not blocked), and make sure they are free to turn. Make sure you are not over-loading the dishwasher or placing large plates or pans in front of the soap dispenser. Next is to check to see if enough water is going into the DishWasher (DW). This varies with different models, so it's hard to tell you how much is enough. Next thing to check is to make sure the heater is working to heat the water during the wash cycle. (Listen for the soap dish to open, then open the door 10 or 15 minutes later and see if the water is hot.) If your dishwasher has a removable filter, you need to take that out and clean it at least once a month. And finally, if your dishwasher is all encrusted with calcium and hard-water deposits, you probably need to run a dishwasher cleaner in the machine. (Use Dishwasher Magic, or Finish Corp's Dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten, or even Lemi-Shine detergent-booster powder or their dishwasher cleaner.
Hope this helps!
Start by filling the soap dispenser with white vinegar and run on the highest/hottest setting. Most likely this will not work but you can be hopeful. Next, remove the mounting screws above the front of the dishwasher and pull out of counter. Disconnect the drain line from bottom of dishwasher (usually a flat-head or squeeze clamp) and also from the bottom of the sink. Take it outside and blow the hose out with either an air hose or the garden hose and check for debris. Re-install and check for operation. Also check the drain for debris. If this fails, then your best bet is to purchase a new dishwasher because the sump pump has gone bad.
Hi, it sounds like your dishwasher is plugged up with soap deposits, and/or Calcium deposits.
In an empty dishwasher, put 2 cereal/soup bowls full of vinegar on bottom shelf, and run your dishwasher.
This should clean out all the deposits.
I do this about once every six weeks as our water is very hard.
Fred
It sounds like the water valve has a clogged filter. Shut the cold water to the washer off, disconnect the hose and remove the filter screen in the washer water valve. Clean out the filter with toothbrush. Reinstall and everything should be ok.
