Need to reset display counter/meter on a bizhub 750

Bizhub 20 drum reset Please reset the drum counter only when you replace the drum unit. If you reset the drum counter during the life of the drum unit currently being used, the remaining drum life will not be displayed accurately. Make sure that the machine is turned on. Press Clear or Clear/Back on the control panel

First has the web been replaced. if not going to get bad image problems, have to go to service mode then counters a clear web roller.

if the code comes back after this procedure, DO NOT RESET AGAIN you are dealing with the Fuser the hot part it can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day.have tech come out and look at it.

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

Press the Utility/Counter button then meter count then details then stop 00 stop01 to access service mode then clear drum and developer do not exit out all the way once counters are cleared touch end then power off the main PWR ON/OFF switch located on the left hand side of the machine in the rear then remove the Drum Cart and replace drum and Developer then reinstall drum cart. Enter service mode again Run Function F-8. Do no print or copy before doing this. So disconnect FAX line and Network cable.

After you change the developer enter in service mode press Utility key- Meter count- Details-Stop-0-0-Stop-0 -1press Counter select Special(optional)parts counter select Developer and reset the Developer counter value by pressing C.After reset the developer counter enter in Imaging Process adjustment mode select Drum pecularity mode and select Cartridge installation mode press the Star button.The process duration is 2-4 minutes.Whwn thw ok appears press Exit and return the copy mode,make a test page.

Need a new touch screen.One other option. Push utility/counter meter count then press stop 00 stop 02. Places machine in maintenance mode. Then press the utiltiy/counter will see maintenance mode press that find touch screen adjustment. follow the screenthen press start. T clear maintenamce mode and flashing start button. Power off machine main power left side of the machine to the rear.

If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit ( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!


1. Turn ON the main power switch (SW1).
2. With the Utility/Counter button pressed, turn ON the power switch (SW2).
3. Press [Trouble reset] to release a trouble with [OK] displayed.
4. Turn OFF and ON the power switch (SW2).

C-3421 = Fusing heaters trouble
To Reset:
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

If error code returns a technician is needed to replace fuser section. Call local dealer with error code and tell them to make sure a tech brings a fuser assembly.

On most models of Color Bizhub machines, to reset the ozone filter message you must go into service mode. Press the Utility/Counter button on your operation panel, select meter count, then detail, press stop,0,0,stop,0,1. This will put you in service mode. Find and press counter button, Locate life counters, and clear ozone filter. You will not be able to clear some of the counters in this menu. They are automatically cleared when the items are replaced.

Entering in the simulation mode:press Clear - Interrupt - 0 - Interrupt -Main code - Start -Subcode - Start.
When the clear all key is pressed the simulation mode is cancelled.When the interrupt key is pressed,the proces is interrupted and the screen returns to the subcode entering display.After cancelling the simulation mode be sure to turn OFF/ON the power and check the operation.
