How can I check the color counter page for Ricoh Aficio SP C210SF?
The instructions for getting the page count for the C210SF should be the same as for the C231SF:

- Press User Tools.
- Scroll down until you see Reports Print.
- Press OK.
- Scroll down to either Configuration Page (2 pages long, prints in black and white) or Maintenance Page (1 page long, prints in color).
- Press OK.

Both the configuration page and the maintenance page will show the page counts. For page count instructions on other models of copiers or printers, check out ConfigPages.Blogspot.com.

My computer does not recognize this machine for install.
Go to Ricoh site
look up your printer: Ricoh Aficio SP-C210SF Printer
then download drivers that are same operating system compatable as in XP vista etc then click on the install files where they load to as in C drive Driver folders etc
click on setup file ..Somesites will ask do you want to install this file Say yes BUT disconnect the printer first form the computer then connect after download and install them reboot PC or laptop

is the machine new?
check the paper size, check the paper tray -if the paper end fence is loose(the paper should not move around).
try using fresh paper(from a sealed pack)

sounds to me you are using the "wrong driver" double check the driver and the OS you are using.

I would also turn the printer off and clear all print jobs from the print que and restart. After loading the new driver do a test page from the driver.
