I would search on the web for free instruction book and i also would downoad a small program called CCleaner (Has 2 x Cs) If you look in the right place i think file hippo it is a free download this program will clear all temp files and some problem stuff (My daughter does not like using it because she forgets to untick some web things and it clears passwords saved on the web) I use it 2-3 times a day I also use the correct registry errors part as well

Canon pixma printer mp280 !!error code p08 tried suggested answers, take off electricity, when on again hold on button ect. need help ! thanks chris

The standard info on this code is:
5200/P08 - Orange and green light blinking 8 times Description: A service error has occurred. Resolution: 1. Turn off the printer. 2. Disconnect the power cable. 3. Open the printer cover. 4. Check for any orange protective tape or white polystyrene and remove if necessary. 5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the printer (such as a paper clip) and remove if necessary. 6. Close the cover. 7. Reconnect and turn on. If the above solution has not resolved your error, please contact your nearest Canon authorised service facility using the link at the top of the page.
That said, it is often a generic response meaning the machine has a problem but doesn't know what.
In the first instance check inside the machine at both ends of the carriage bar - look for a soggy black mass of crumpled up paper and remove if found. If there is nothing to find, it is possible that there is a printhead fault although typically this gives a P05 error. Try swapping out the cartridges with an old used one. Change one at a time to identify if one or both are faulty. If that fails, it is probably worth replacing the machine as it is relatively aged and new equivalent versions are really cheap.

F70

Whirlpool F 70 error code indicates communication problem between the component electronics and the control electronics.

Disconnect power to the machine for about 30 minutes, reconnect it, and try again. If it doesnt correct it self change control board.

I am getting an "error 5200" on my Canon i900d printer, and it just doesn't print anything. This seems to come and go. I have turned off and on as it says and nothing helps. What is wrong?

3. Reconnect the USB cable to the computer, and then reconnect it securely to the product.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, and then reconnect it to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the product.
6. Press the Power button to turn on the product.

now perform these steps

(1) Click "Start" > "Run".
(2) Type "services.msc".
(3) Click "OK".

Replaced control panel on whirlpool electric double wall oven. e1 f5 code pops up,fault code says check door latch. checked switches on latch with meter check ok.what to check next

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

Hotpoint WF840 W machine still full of water error code F 05.

Do the following.

  1. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
  2. Remove the access panel on the lower right front of the machine.
3. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray. It may take a few minutes to empty but it will save a small flood.
4. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
5. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
6. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
7. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
8. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
9. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
10. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
11. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
12. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

F@ error code,

F02 - Long Drain (Drain Exceeds 8 Minutes) - Select 'cancel' twice to clear error code. Note: You may see a "SUD" error code appear first during this failure. This should change to the F02 error code after a few minutes. Proceed by checking the drain hoses for proper connection and kinks. Unplug unit and disconnect power. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational with no debris or blockage. Reconnect power and plug unit in. If problem has not been corrected, replace the pump.
