Indesit WIA102 keeps draining, even when washing

Here are the steps to replace the drain hose on a Kenmore Elite front load washing machine:

1. Unplug the washing machine from the electrical outlet.
2. Turn off the water supply to the washing machine.
3. Pull the washing machine away from the wall to access the back panel.
4. Remove the screws on the back panel with a screwdriver and set the panel aside.
5. Locate the drain hose, which is typically located near the bottom of the washing machine.
6. Carefully remove the clamps that secure the drain hose to the washing machine and the drain.
7. Gently pull the drain hose away from the washing machine and the drain.
8. Take the old drain hose to a hardware or appliance store to find a replacement that matches the length and diameter of the original hose.
9. Connect the new drain hose to the washing machine and the drain using new clamps.
10. Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws.
11. Push the washing machine back into place.
12. Turn on the water supply and plug the washing machine back into the electrical outlet.
13. Test the washing machine to make sure the new drain hose is working properly.

In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that water has leaked then as the drain hose pump/valve and fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for possible leaks here. In some cases the drain hose would be clogged at the drain end to outlet of the house and so there will be back flushing resulting in overflow to the outside. Also the drain pump/valve can be clogged. Now remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain pump/valve, clean the drain pump/valve, use back flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

HI,
Check back of washe with a flashlight for a bent or clogged drain hose. Do not move washer to check it. When you move it , it will straighten out and you will never know if it was bent
Also while it is pumping , pick up end of drain hose at drain and observe the volume of water being pumped.
If no water then the Pump may need replaced

check your drain hose,, if it is down in the drain to far it will **** the water out when its pumping in,

check the drain pipes on the machine they may be loose or blocked

CHECK PUMP/SEE IF ANYTHING STOPPING FROM PUMPING OR IT PUMP IS BAD,CHECK CLOGGED DISCHARGED HOSE ..

TAKE THE HOSE OFF ON THE BACK {DISCHARGE HOSE} IF THE WATER FLOWS OUT IT IS THE PUMP MOTOR IF IT DOESN'T THERE IS SOMETHING BLOCKING THE OUTLET, SMALL CLOTHING ITEM
