SOURCE: How do I know if my motherboard is compatible with my processors voltage? where do i see the voltage indication of the motherboard?

Your board supports P4 CPU with 400Mhz bus speed. You can use any P4 CPU with 400MHz such as 2.4GHz/512/400. I think you can go as high as 2.8GHz.

Good Luck!

What is memory card EliteGroup P4VMM2 V8.1 Motherboard

You will need to install either DDR RAM (DDR 200 or DDR 226) or SDRAM (PC133 or PC100) memory. You cannot install both, you need to choose. The motherboard supports a maximum 2GB and there are two DDR and two PCI slots so 1GB +1GB would be the assumed maximum.

I do not set FSB 533,change jumpers JP1A1 and JP1B1 is not effect

1.Do you have the jumper for JP1A1 on pins 2 and 3?
2.Do you have the jumper for JP1B1 on pins 1 and 2?

On that 6 pin jumper block, JP1A1 is on the left side. The side closer to where your mouse and keyboard ports are, (I/O area)
JP1B1 is on the right side, closer to the ram slots.

Pin 1 for both the JP1A1 and the JP1B1 are at the bottom. (Close to the AGP expansion slot)
Both of these jumper blocks have to be set in the 133M setting.
(133MHz. Intel Pentium 4 processors are Quad Pumped.
133MHz X 4 = approximately 533MHz)

PROBLEM is, (Not 'shouting'), that the EliteGroup P4VMM2 motherboard, will only support a Pentium 4 processor with a Maximum FSB of 400MHz.

1.Download page from EliteGroup Support for the motherboard manual, of the P4VMM2,

Will not boot up

Disconnect all the disks and CD, remove memory and everything else including all the added card (Video, network,etc..).

Power up with processor only and if you don't hear any beep you have a bad motherboard or processor.

If you have any beep power off and add the memory and try again. Keep adding one component at the time until you discover wich one is creating an issue.

PS Did you verify compatibility between motherboard and processor?
