The owner's manual would tell you. If the fuse box has a cover, it might show fuse locations.

Hi :) On the back side of the cigaret lighter there is two wires a black (- ground) and a orange (+12 volt) check to see if they are plugged in to the back of the cigaret lighter.+12 volt going to the center connector of the lighter. - ground going to the outside case.
