If you can download torrents then get this it contains all the instructions to install the game. I'm sorry a torrent is all I could find as a working link.

If there are multiple disks, you need to put the "game" disc. If you have the "game" disc in the disc tray, you need to uninstall the game then reinstall the game.
The code for installing empire at war is known as a CD-Key. They are unique to every copy of the game. Check the CD case for the game or inside of the box the game came in. If you are unable to locate it, call the customer support number for further guidance. This is the only legal route I can suggest. There are other ways around this, but they are not legal.
